dark wave is industrial pop this is more like gothic electro. well the instermental can be electro or industrial electro. good point thought but i never herd a gothic darkwave song before.

gothic darkwave definitely exists... ever heard of switchblade symphony, for instance? anyway, they even labeled themselves as darkwave/EBM/gothic on their website... i'm just saying :-)

Darkwave has existed since the late 1970s, coinciding with the popularity of New Wave and post-punk. Building on those basic principles,[1] dark wave added dark, introspective lyrics and an undertone of sorrow for some bands. That is WAY more than 10 yrs.
