How it works: Auto air & dirt separators for boiler systems

Air is the biggest problem when it comes to killing efficiency, proper operation and corrosion is a hydronic heating system.

Needed this, I’ve had so many questions. With the quad separator do you still install your expansion tank on the bottom? Thanks

What happens to the dirt? How do you clean it out? Does it continue to collect until it fills up with dirt and causes a blockage?

During regular annual maintenance it must be flushed out the bottom thru the drain connection.
