Also one tip is during driving- same se aa rahi gadi ki light main na dekhe, instead hamesha aapke low beam k left side pe dhyan do - iske do fayde, agar marking hai to gadi ko safe approach banane main or emergency main kitna hatna hai uska andaza lag jata hai, dusra jahan marking nahi hai wahan road ko identify kerne main help kerta hai. Samne aa rahi gadi ki light pe focus kyon avoid kare- light ki high intensity hoti hai jisse aankh apni visibility immidiate adjust kerti hai par readjustment main time lag jata hai jisse dhundla pan aa jata hai.

Had a bike accident in 2020 mainly due to a high beam, The road was ONE WAY & I hit 3 people with my bike within a distance of 100 km, and luckily no one was harmed seriously including myself as I was wearing proper gear and my speed was low, I didn't want to travel at night but destiny wanted me to face that day and be grateful for my life. (Never going on a single lane highway at night, city roads are still okay)

I'm 36 yrs old. Waise mai ek bike person hoon. Car se mujhe koi lagaav nai - coz it makes me feel like hai "caged beast". Abhi thak mere khud ka koi gaadi nai hai (4wheeler). I am a hike person. Kisi Car mein agar mai ek passenger bhi hoon, I feel so closterophobic. Tho mai mostly silent/chup rehta hoon. Lekin phir bhi, mom ke zidd se maine car ki license le li. Lekin abhi thak ek car bhi chalaaya nai hoon. Haan chala saktha hoon - yes confidence aur logic hai mujhme - thab hi jaake 2 din mein practice karke license le paaya. But driving in real life scenarios is different - yeh bhi mai kaantha hoon aur risks ki respect kartha hoon 🙏🏻. Now I am thinking ki I should start becoming a driver. So mai practice karne ka socha hoon with a car. But my mind says practice ho ya real life, mujhe 3rd gear ke upar jaana hi nai hai. Slow hi sahi, left pakadke hi sahi, 20-40kmph ke speed mai hi sahi, peeche walon ka gaali sunke hi sahi, lekin practice pakka hone thak mujhe slow hi chalaana hai, left pakadke hi chalaana hai, 2-3gears and 20-30-40kmph k speed pe hi (at the max) mujhe chaaala hai, aur chalaoonga bhi. Kya meri soch/approach sahi hai???

Bawa main bhi high beam ko dip kar leta hun saamne se aati gaadi dekh kar par aajtak ginti ke log miley jinhone aage se palat ke dip kari ho. Jab saamne wale dip nahi karte to main low beam pe karke lever peechey kheench leta hun. Ussey low aur high ek saath on ho jati hai. Visibility kaafi bad jati hai issey aur kayi baar saamne wala dip kar leta hai.

11:42 bhai wo log sirf ek hi light on nahi rakhte actually unki headlights ek level pe nahi hoti isliye waisa lagta hai !! For example :- mere paas indica hai aur uski headlights assembly kharab ho chuki hai aur agar mein usko screwdriver se level karne ki koshish karu to bhi nahi hoti, to agar mein lowbeam chalu rakhta hu to meri left wali light ka throw to ground pe hi girta hai but right wali ka throw upar girta hai , aur phir agar mein lowbeam pe rakhta hu to aisa lagta hai ki ek light hi chalu hai jabki lights to lowbeam pe kari hui hai !! Tips for how to avoid high beem light-- don't drive at night. Wow man what a tip

I would like to add a tip from 50 years of driving experience. When crossing a vehicle coming at you with his lights on high beam please do not look directly at his headlights. This will dazzle you. Your eyes' pupils contract immediately and will take about 15 seconds to readjust to the dark after the oncoming vehicle has passed. So you may not see something in front of you and may smash into him. The thing to do is not to look directly into the oncoming headlights but take some of eyes focus to the left side of the road. This will do 2 things. 1. You will not get dazzled and so your eyes will quickly readjust to the dark after the oncoming vehicle has passed. 2. You will be able to guide your car as much to the left as possible thereby decreasing the chance of a collusion. Bottom line - never look into the headlights of an oncoming vehicle. Look at the part of the road illuminated by your own headlights and keep a sharp lookout for any vehicles (oncoming or going in the same direction as you with no tail lights) which will suddenly appear in the dark after the oncoming vehicle has passed. And ALWAYS take your foot off the accelerator when confronted by an oncoming vehicle at night. This will slow your car slightly, give you more time to react and allow you brake faster.
