I remember that I took a course here in Sweden that was called "Continuum Mechanics" ("Kontinuumsmekanik"), and that course seemed to be kind of like a combination between the fundamentals of Solid Mechanics and Fluid Mechanics. It involved some torsion, stress/strain transformations and the elastic line equation, along with fluid concepts such as water pressure on surfaces and Navier-Stoke's equations.

Great video. One minor correction on the angle shift transformation. It's 75.74 instead of 75.47 which throws the calculations off a tad. The last 2 digits may have swapped places. Still, a better demonstration than I had in my own class, which is why I am here. Obviously!
