Two questions- How do you lock it as in keep the volume where is it without worrying that the stuff in your pocket will pressed the volume button high or low? How do you put music into it? Take the card to the pc (via adapter) and put music files into the card? If so, would making a playlist files work on the mp3 player itself? EG make a Files called Anime, put music in it and the Anime files will shows up as a playlist in the mp3 player?

Hello I just got a Mechen MP3 and I need a little help. Would you please let me know how to turn off the music after playing it? It seems a silly question but after listening to a song, I cannot stop it or turn it off, only pause it. It's really a headache to get off from there. I am using MP3 for about 20 years, so I have some practice...I've always had Philips until now, and never had this problem.

Hit the pause button on the bottom of the screen, then the back arrow on the top left to return to the previous screen

Couple of questions as I have one. How do you get the music to play from the music folder? I downloaded some songs, but just had to stick them in my file folder because I didn't have access to the music folder on the device. Also, I tried the inline recorder with a regular microphone and it didn't work.

Hmm not sure but all I did was transfer the music files to the tf card and plug it into the device and the music was on the music file as you can see in the video.

After a full charge my mp3 doesn't last 50 hours - it only lasts between 4 and 5 hours listening to music.

I did but no reply and sent it back to Amazon. However I may have been a bit hasty as it appears that other MP3 players quote 30-50 hours but with wired earphones. One trade info. says 5 hours and another video refers to 8 hours with bluetooth. I've been running the Mechen with JBL speakers so I assume that has be draining the player. Pity the literature doesn't distinguish between wired and bluetooth receivers and I would have accepted the 5 hours I was getting before sending the product back.

@@jhcmbl --- I bought a Hiby R3 Pro Saber - tried the Bluetooth settings and it absolutely sucks. Drops connection even though the player is in my pocket. I immediately went back to Wired Skull Candy Ink Plus Earbuds (and One Odio A71 for Over Ear Cup Headphones). Wired is so much better, especially with an SD05 Mini Amp from Ebay. Really makes the bass stand out more than just Earbuds or Headphones alone. Wired Connection is Superior to BT.
