Im level five in where part i can recruit more pilots (my hangar got eight mechs(seven why i was poor :'v)

On the Starmap, each conflict zone will have a Recommended Clan Reputation level, and clicking on a system will display it in the System Info section at the bottom right. You can recruit pilot at Industrial zones near systems: Davion/Kurita Frontline or Apex Mining Syndicate (Reputation 5). You have to travel to discover industrial systems, they are a group of systems connected with doted line.
