Just like to thank whoever posts these videos, they are a fascinating glimpse into the recent(ish) past. Also, if you have any videos or other information about ICI Dyestuffs and C&P in West Lancashire that would be great.

Fascinating video. I was once told while the development of R134a was a success, the intial underwhelming sales due to illegal cfc recycling was part of the reasons why ICI collapsed. I tried to look up more modern sources recently but they all seem to point to the failed acquisitions as to why, and Kennedy's wonderful book was written just before everything unfolded. Is there anyone more familiar with the company would like to shed some light on this?
