Thank you for making this! I’m in my first of med school and I was just thinking about this. I’m from south Florida 😄 so that’s wild to hear that Florida’s salary is so low compared to the cost of living!

Glad you enjoyed! All the Florida programs don’t pay that low but also no resident should be getting that low in salary

Wow I didn’t even know you were in Philadelphia! I go to Drexel! And your videos have been so inspiring hope to be like you one day ! I am doing the MS and MD program, the prices are atrocious. Do you believe there are actual real scholarships or grant to apply to?

Hey, so I'm a RN and I want to go to MD. Can you tell me what sort of side gigs can residents do for extra money?

It'll have to be unique lol as many med students don't work. However, I know people who were uber drivers, a scribe, etc. Then there's the influencers and entrepreneurs. It's a great question, but I hope to make a video on this in the future!
