Conclusion: Playing this game in 60fps isn't worth it. Sure it looks good but the weapons are kinda broken especially the Sniper rifles because the bullets will fly in any direction that it wants too. Also the sub-machine guns tend to fire way faster so I would use them sparingly like what I did. What I've also noticed is that your health when you get shot goes faster and the enemies seem to fire faster too making the game way harder so always take cover and use your ammo carefully.
This game is amazing and I love playing it and you should too but it is quite a challenge. I wouldn't enable the 60FPS hack if you don't know what you're doing.

That fire rate was shitty on the original ps2.. thanks to those 60fps hack

Yeah it made the game way harder then it should but it looks good in 60fps. As long as you preserve the ammo you'll be good.
