Thank you for explaining this lock the way you did. It made something so intimidating seem manageable.

Very nice… didn’t even know they had 5 pin M3’s. Mine are all 6 pins.

Well I didn't know they had 6 pin M3s 😂 I would be interested in one as a trade in the future if you have more than one. Talk soon

Great picking!!! 😀 Very well done! When I started my holy grail locks were this M3 and the Abloy handbag classic. The m3 took me three months of progressive pinning till I could get my 6 pin version. Great information on how to go about picking these!!! The Abloy took me about two years. First I had to learn how to pick the cheap DDs then I progressed to harder DDs. Eventually I got the handbag open. That last turn for the open is amazing 🤩. Great job!!!! On your M3 !!!!!😀👍🐈⬛🐾🍻

Nicely done, I must dig mine out again, it's a super lock, the slider is a gift, its like you get permission to go for the main pins👍

Excellent picking and gutting of the Medeco. Medecos have always been on my bucket list. To be able to pick them with ease like you just did is a locksport dream. Thanks for doing this video

You have the skills PW, if you can get one of these you will be able to pick it after some practice. Thanks

Nicely done! I think the m3 is the most fun medeco because it's got that good slider there to tell you when you're done with the keypins. Good to see you've employed the clicky test too. I love medecos, I think they're just the coolest mechanisms haha.

I hate it if I press the slider and I haven't got the pins rotation set properly. Much prefer the CC test
@gchev44 ай бұрын
Great job on that medeco m3 🎉 the reason why you see peaople rake them is because a picking requirement for a belt is to rake it so the moderators know you didnt pre set the rotations before you start the camera
@NIGBEE-lock-bothering4 ай бұрын
Ah makes sense. Getting the rotations set is the most interesting part for me tho.

Very nice picking and explanation there. Jack Fox gave me a box of random locks, and I think one of them might be an M3 in a Sargent interchangeable core (no key with it). It looks like Medeco pins with a slider on the bottom, but they keyway has warding, the only label is Sargent though. I have not picked it yet, but I think I will practice while watching some youtube today.

Sounds interesting, best of luck with it. Be good to see it

Dang, Nigbee! That's some talented picking there. Very impressive indeed! Thanks for the detailed explanation! You got an M3 that has somewhat of an easier biting than what I got 😮 I never knew the M3 only had 5 pins, I swear it had 6 or so. Anyways, well done!

It would seem that this is a bit of an oddity, a few comments say others are six pin. A six pin would be tougher for sure
@gchev44 ай бұрын
That's so odd that i just picked an m3 on video earlier today 😅 i second pauls and your thoughts, after setting the keypins you can hit the slider and it gives you the go ahead 😅
