I had another brand Cochlear Implant fitted 3 months ago to my left ear. So far, I am more than pleased with the progress. It is becoming more and more clear to hear and I am understanding television and most people's voices to a degree, I am putting in a fair amount of homework and I can feel the results improving steadily. I am in no way criticising this particular brand, I m merely pointing out my experience with an implant. If anyone is thinking about getting one and has gone through the proper pre- procedure, then go for it. You will be delighted with the results. The more you put into it, the more you gain your hearing.
