Medellín celebrando la Feria de las Flores, NO es un carnaval como el de Barranquilla ó Rio, es mas cultural y " barras" de amigas y amigos salen a curiosear al Parque Lleras; a caminar a ver espectaculos etc. Aunque hay mucho extranjero, que por lo general se ven en semana, o los fines de semana; este tipo de paseo es mas familiar que lo que se vé el resto del año.
