£3 for Sharpe is a great deal. Cant find it any cheaper than £40+. Shame my local charity shops are the same, some really cheap but have nothing, and some really expensive so they get dusty on the shelves.

@@BristolianDave The Equaliser yesterday for £2. Hate spending more then £1 but it's about £2/3 online so picked that up, Charity shops all local, are mainly loaded up with DVD's. Best thing I've had is the LOTR Trilogy Blu for £1.50. Charity shop next door is £3 for all blu's so have lots/can't shift them

£2 is decent for the equaliser. Pricing varies in charity shops so much. It helps when you have loads together.

Yes, I raid a thrift store weekly and I wind up buying at least 20 or 30 DVD's a week

Yes, and I found a great pawn shop nearby and they have alot of them too and they call me when they get ready to put them out and they are so happy to get them out of the shop the usually charge me fifty cents for each one and I can get blue ratmys for a dollar. The best thing to do is build relationships with pawn shops.

Who Dares Wins is a British action classic from the early 80's starring Lewis Collins. It was basically his audition for Bond, until Roger Moore decided to go on....and on! Well worth a watch.

Angels in the outfield was good as a kid not seen in forever. Love Highlander. Morbius should have been brilliant but nothing happened in it a bit like venom 2 just felt rushed. Sony should just give the rights to the characters back to marvel I bought the Sharpe boxset on DVD for a pound a couple of months ago still not watched it but for a quid can't go wrong 😂

Just stumbled upon your channel. I have been building a modest collection, but what advice would you give for getting rid of items that I no longer want? Where would be the best place to get a good price for them?

Thanks for watching! Getting rid of items is probably the toughest part of being a collector. I've gotten rid of things so many times just to buy them back at some point. Best place to get the best money would be through private sales to other collectors. Then probably ebay and then maybe trading in at CEX.

i think the doctor who movie is from the 90s it falls between the original series and the rebooted series. The second battlestar galactica blu ray in your video is the original pilot episode/movie from the late 70s.

"weird tendency" ✌✌ - that's what i like most about your videos. there is not much fun in watching videos with someone just showing you stuff you like. unfortunally there were only few real weirdos this time (and to longtime dr. who fans the jodie seasons are probably worse than morbius - enjoy!). 👉btw. battlestar galactica ("kampfstern galactica" in german) was originally a movie (which was the pilot) AND tv series in 1978. episodes of the tv show were later cut together into two more movies. the series from 2004 can be considered a reboot that takes some liberties with the source material (especially making hotshot pilot "starbuck" a woman). watching them back to back might therefor feel a bit odd.
