I’m another female attorney, as well. But even if he’s innocent of the allegations, he’s got such a sordid history of risky behavior, infidelity & alcoholism that he’s at risk for blackmail. I think he should withdraw from consideration. It’s a bad distraction & is derailing the positive momentum of Trump’s new term. You know as well as I do that even for “innocent” clients sometimes the wisest path is to settle civil allegations or even take a plea for certain criminal charges. Defrauding the courts can get you years in jail and it's a felony offense. I don't understand why it's not used in cases like this where it can plainly be proven as a false allegation. I knew ONE that went the exact opposite way of what you'd expect. It was like she just thought if she was always willing, she'd never experience that again. Now for ME, I STILL have a hard time with sexual encounters and I've been in a loving, safe relationship for 11 years now. There are certain things that I simply can't and WON'T do because it causes flashbacks or pain.

That’s not great judgment for the head of a 3 million person department, located all over the country and the world. He’s also been divorced 3 times by the age of 30-something? Again, not showing great judgment. Add that to the complete lack of management experience in any of his previous jobs… I think this is asking for a 💩 show of colossal proportions. That’s NOT what we need with our enemies watching our every move, just waiting to take advantage.

Many men’s lives have been ruined by false rape charges ….. this will continue until they are punished for doing so ….. mandatory jail time of the same amount of time the man would serve if convicted along with mandatory civil fines. Women should not be given the benefit of the doubt in regard to their charges. To do so is insanely irrational. Verifiable facts are the only form of evidence. “Sexual Assault” charges have no more significance to me than accusations of “fascism”, “racism” or “homophobia”.

No joke. She was MIA for 2 hours, probably came back looking like s*x, so he's heavy questioning her. Then they had s*x the next day, by Tuesday or Wednesday it probably burned when he peed, then he knew for sure she had cheated. She flipped out and came up with this false accusation. 95% of false accusers do so to cover up their cheating once they are caught and these women need to be prosecuted.
