Will it be possible to use dynamic data from a CPT repeater field from JetEngine repeter (or acf, acpt...) for the chapters so we can build dynamic chapters and use the custom video player on a single post template?

Yep, see Part 2, about 2 minutes in where it shows adding chapters via query loops. Whichever custom field plugin you use, as long as it can be used with Bricks' query loop, then it can be used to add chapters.. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gIukfZqrfcuVjqMsi=zJy_S8HMcnKVLnKe&t=120 side note - this is also why we separated the playlist into a seperate element. As each element can only contain one query loop, but we knew people would want to use query loops for both setting up playlists and for also setting up chapters. So by separating them, it frees up the query loop for adding chapters, and each playlist item can also have it's own query for chapters also.

I'm interested in creating videos for sure, but I'm more focused on enhancing audio for podcasting purposes. I would like to explore adding a minimalist art thumbnail to the audio version. Will that be possibly?

Yes, the poster image control allows you to add the current image that is attached to the current playing media. You could also just add in an image element if it doesn't need to be synced with the media.

Is it possible to customise the lightbox video element in a similar way?

The player inside of the dynamic lightbox isn't nestable, so it doesn't have the same customisation options. But this media player will be able to be used inside of the dynamic lightbox element.
