Agreeing isn't always the best solution. Kai could have left it at that after being rejected even if it was rudely but she went too far. She should have tried to resolve it peacefully. What Vicky needed to do was reject politely instead of calling the movie stupid. And not get carried away later after getting insulted. Overall though, I'd say Kai was more at fault.
