It's great that this documentary is made so that we can express our thanks to the ica officers who guard our borders tirelessly 24/7. THANK YOU ICA OFFICERS! Being the gatekeeper of a country is a tough job. Every ripple creates an effect. Let 1 'wrong' person in and all hell can break loose. Better to be overly strict and cautious than the opposite. Just ignore the naysayers and continue to do the great work. Sending lots of love ❤❤❤

Stepping inside the Woodlands Checkpoint is like entering a bustling beehive! It's incredible to see how efficiently the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) manages the flow of hundreds of thousands of travelers and tons of cargo daily. The dedication and vigilance of the officers, working around the clock to ensure smooth and secure crossings, are truly commendable. A testament to Singapore's commitment to seamless connectivity and security!

These are the guys who work day and night to not only protect our borders but to also protect our society,build up of families, from being damaged by illegal drugs and contraband items. The Singapore Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) treats Malaysian with kindness and respect showing great humility. In contrast, the Malaysian checkpoint often treats Singaporean poorly, almost like animal. Singapore ICA refers to Malaysian as "travelers," a term of respect that avoids shaming or exposing their nationality. On the other hand, at the Malaysian checkpoint, they label everyone entering as "Singaporean" even if they are not Singaporean seemingly to expose or shame Singapore country. This behavior reflects animosity towards Singapore. I deeply admire Singapore for treating everyone with such respect and dignity. It truly highlights the difference in attitudes between a 1st world country and a 3rd world country.
@HenryDrake-h5m8 күн бұрын
I believe Malaysia has lost that third world status in the 1990s. It has since been classified as an industrializing nation.
@huzaifahibrahim49087 күн бұрын
Lols whats wrong with calling out Singaporean? Dont you proud of your nationality or what? 😂even we ourselves when travel to other countries dont mind called out as Malaysians. U r saying Malaysian reflect animosity when dealing with Singaporeans, well thats purely bcoz of how the citizens act when they come to the Malaysia. Entitled feeling, countless of stealing subsidized our Ron 95, driving like crazy maniac on the road, disrespecting on the local law and authority, and not to mention u guys always want to be treated like a VVIP juz bcoz of ur currency 💵💲 rate?😂 Should I list again? Yes I would say there is quite a handful of Malaysian offenders as well in Singapore, but whenever we go, Malaysians always try to act humble and respect the local authority and rules. Unlike u guys Singaporean with ur "kiasu" attitude. We Malaysian been taught with the saying "Di mana bumi dipijak, di situ langit dijunjung" = where the feet touches the ground, there the sky is held up. In other words, no matter where u go in the world, always respect the local customs and cultures.
