I can't believed people became so much blind with the word of God. The prophecy he speak that he claimed from God is totally a lie and from the devil. Your bishop doesn't have the ability to give pastors, because it is a divine act of God. God gave prophets, God gave Apostles, not man. Read your bible Ephesians 4:11-12 plainly tell us that He (God alone) gave some apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers, not the bishop in the church!
