What's the strip chance on s2? Sometimes I strip enemy buffs sometimes I don't. Is it also dependant on opponents er and his effectiveness?

Yes- it’s a 100% chance to attempt the strip and then the strip landing is dependent on enemy eff res and your eff

@@user-jb2lx6px1p, for both? C. Lilias is better. Pve she is a goddess. Undispellable buff, redirected taunt plus shield, then the skill one with 100% dual attack.
