0:15, I know all about "progress" and I know this building was new architecture at the time. Having said that, considering the fact that it was one of the first skyscrapers in Dallas don't you think it could have been saved? I know, the owners have a right to make money out of their own property etc...etc..etc...but steel and glass is not attractive. Just look at the building next to it.
