Does CBD intersct with low doses of prednisolone?

If you decide to try medical cannabis, make sure to ask a doctor or pharmacist about any potential interactions with your current medications. For more information on medical cannabis for arthritis, please visit: arthritis.ca/AS/courses/medical-cannabis-arthritis/content/index.html#/

@@ArthritisSociety Doctors in the UK know little about it. I asked my doctor and he said he knew nothing about dosage. I experimented and have found a modus vivendi with it and have been taking it regularly for about 2 years. I am also permanently on Predn 2mg. daily. It is hard to see doctors now in the UK on the NHS. My doctor knows I take it. I am intolerant of most more usual “painkillers” so have no choice. I take the cannabidiol in capsules from a reliable health supplement provider.

I have severe arthritis in my shoulders. I've been told the next step is shoulder replacement surgery, which I'd like to avoid as much as possible. What is the most effective method to take it so it reduces arthritis pain the best and what form do you recommend, oil, capsules etc.?

@@_sunshine_rainbows I might have it sorted out now. This guy talking in the video was useless. He's talking like he was being interviewed in 1980, or even 1970. He doesn't have a clue. So now I take 2 ml of full spectrum CBD in the morning & evening. Also one 20mg gummie in the morning & evening, especially if I go to the gym. It seems that during the time it takes for me to drive to the gym & start my workout, the CBD will have started working. I'm now in queue for shoulder replacement surgery but when that time comes I'll see how I feel. There's also the possibility of stem cell treatment rebuilding cartilidge but right now a lot of places have suspended this due to complications such as cancer being a side effect.

@@ozzie444 but did it help with the pain?
@ozzie4442 жыл бұрын
@@justperson1238 Surprised me, absolutely yes it did. Pain is significantly reduced. If I can maintain this level of relief and mobility, which still isn't like a teenager's but improved a lot, I won't be interested in shoulder replacement. We'll see how it goes. There's research going on into skeletal stem cell research that looks promising. You can actually get this now in some countries like India and Mexico but in the West doctor's have concerns about side-effects and increased risk of cancer so until they can make it safer it's not yet being done. If you get this treatment in places like India and Mexico you're basically allowing yourself to become a lab rat, but the option is there.
