Sir aapne pwbd ke baare mein bataya tha ki agar 1-25 mein candidate available nahi hai to next year wo vacancy backlog carry karenge aur phir bhi koi nahi milta to use interchange karenge to kya sirf wo agle block Jo hearing handicapped ke liye hai sirf uske saath hi interchange hoga ya hh nahi mila to interchange agle block ke oh mein jaayenge ya nahi. Agar kisi department mein vh post suitable nahi hai to phir bhi block 1-25 mein vh ko hi rakhna hai ya wo hh block se start karenge please guide mein. Please reply
