Medical Legal Claims Report: Health Minister Aaron Motsoaledi weighs in

The Minister of Health Aaron Motsoaledi, along with the Special Investigation Unit have named Nonxuba Attorneys as a claimant involved in a string of fraudulent malpractice suits against the Health Department. This comes after the department launched a major investigation into multi-billion-rand medico-legal claims. This probe, initiated after a surge in medical malpractice lawsuits against Health Departments nationwide, was authorized by President Cyril Ramaphosa.
