Mongaji, Do you know what is HIV? How is it Transmitted?? Do you know other ways of transmission of HIV? There are other ways like, transmission through contact of body fluids. The other way is sexual transmission. Blood was transfused in 2002 and diagnosed in 2014. Isnt it possible that in between these 12 years there is high chance of that person coming in contact of another person's body fluid, being an officer related to wars, it is quite a possible. So NCDRC was very correct to dismiss this case. While SC Judges, though not expert in medical science, still feel themselves as Omniscient. Anyway, the way medical education and medical field is going the way since last 10 years is very very worrysome. U will definitely not find a good quality doctor after 10 years, now percentile being reduced to ZERO.
