Hey girl! Did you end up applying this year, and if yes, how did it go?
@tay8238-l8bАй бұрын
As someone who fell for the appeal of scheduling ur own exams, it does absolutely pile up each year, it’s not easy physically nor mentally, I advise everyone to try to do as much exams as they possibly can each year, because here i am having now imposter syndrome and doubting myself and my ability for being behind on exams! Italian university system is not for the weak! As a foreigner who learns everything in italian, i sure deeply understand what a struggle it can be to to pass exams on time or to even feel confident doing an exam, especially the oral exams!

Hi! I really enjoy your videos. They make me feel like I'm not alone feeling that way. I hope you are not stressing too much overall. Me, personaly I think we Italian University students suffer from exact same problems as you international students although we speak the languge. In Italian universities no body holds your hand and I agree with that. Even if for us is not a shock becouse we already knew about it, it's still very difficult to keep up and don't make the exams pile up. Another thing you said about the little student groups that may be a bit closed sometimes. I get that too. It happens a lot in my university too. People are jelous of the information they got. But as you said you got to set the mood right away the first year. Speak to students and professors!

@AcadIMAT3 жыл бұрын
It really depends on a lot of factors, especially now in the age of online courses, how many people there are in the class, what time it's at, where it's located etc. I would say though in a group when you purchase a course that lasts a couple of weeks, classes will work out to be 7-8 euro an hour maybe (this is not certain, just from what I remember when I did classes 3-4 years ago)

Can u advice us for how should we learn all those practical things at right time but not late!!? 4) Is Sapienza University good for medical?(or would u suggest any other University)? 5) is there not even one medical University where everyone follows same text book?

1) Yes 2) English 3) You can request practical experience, if I wanted to I can go to the hospital and ask them to teach me 4) Sapienza will always be my top choice for medicine 5) It depends on the professor not the medical school

Great video! I have a few questions, 1 - How many oral versus written exams do you get on average? Are there a lot more oral exams than written in most Italian medical schools? 2 - If a student already has a bachelor's degree from the US, do they get to "skip" any semesters/years or do they still need to do the full 6 years of the program? 3 - Do you know of any free resources that you think would be helpful for a beginner learning italian?
@AcadIMAT2 жыл бұрын
Generally all schools are oral heavy especially in later years. They might get to skip some exams depending on how much of the syllabus overlaps for the number of credits, it's decided by professors individually. Unfortunately I do not, but I have heard of something called the refold method that's meant to be effective and free if that might be something you want to check out
