Can you tell me if placing a mercury filling to an eight year old girls tooth can/will cause , Behçet's disease?

No, almost certainly not, but it might cause oral lesions that are similar to Bechet's lesions. The general risk of a mercury filling is very low, and the main health issue it could theoretically cause is mercury toxicity (heavy metal poisoning). Mercury in fillings seems to be quite safe in this form for most healthy people. What can happen is an allergy to one of the metals in the mixture, since mercury fillings are a mix of metals (silver, tin, copper, mercury). This type of metal Allergy/sensitivity could cause lesions similar to the lesions seen in Bechet's disease.

This is how my Bechets syndrome was triggered after a visit from the dentist at 10 yrs old…the filling probably caused trauma in the mouth which triggered the Bechets! I hope you all get a diagnosis

It can be controlled to some level but can’t be treated. Unfortunately some damages can’t be reversed if happened.
