​@lolalucky6373 I just turned 65 and also havebfederal blue cross blue shield with my Post Office retirement. I am paying over $500 a month for family coverage. Looks to me like part B duplicates a lot of what I already have so I do not think I will sign up for Part B. Another $174 a month does not make sense.

If you work for an employer with 20+ employees and have active group coverage, you can delay your Medicare Part B and apply for a special enrollment period when you retire.
