Thanks you Doctor ji, with so much patience you explained clearly . India or World need such a good Doctor. I do have small fibroid in my uterus ,have heavy bleeding with that my homeoglobin level is reduced. With Oral iron tablet have stomach issue so I can't take them hence suffering from fatigue weakness . My physician says since fibroid is very small no treatment is required,yet I feel less energetic and weak since from 2years putting on weight. If you can help me I will be very grateful to you.
