Assalamualaikum It is a common habit amongst many Muslims to say 'Ma‌sha‌'Allah' (Alla‌h has Willed it) when we see the blessings of Alla‌h being bestowed upon others, believing it will protect them from evil eye. However, this is not correct as Shaykh Badr al-ʿUtaybi‌ حفظه الله explains. When it comes to our own blessings and ourselves we should say 'Ma‌sha‌'Allah' but when it comes to the blessings of others, the Sunnah is that we should ask Alla‌h to bless it/them, with phrases such as 'Alla‌humma Ba‌rik' and 'Ba‌rakAlla‌hu Lahu' and so on, because the Prophet ﷺ instructed the Muslim, if he sees something with his Muslim brothers that he admires, to pray for barakah (blessings) for them. He ﷺ said in a h‌adi‌th: إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ مِنْ أَخِيهِ مَا يُعْجِبُهُ، فَلْيَدْعُ لَهُ بِالْبَرَكَةِ "If one of you sees something with his brother that he admires, let him pray for blessing (barakah) for him." [Sunan Ibn Ma‌jah, 3509] Ibn ʿAbd al-Barr رحمه الله said: وفي قول رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: (أَلَا بَرَّكْت) دليل: على أن العين لا تضر ولا تعدو إذا برك العائن، وأنها إنما تعدو إذا لم يبرك؛ فواجب على كل من أعجبه شيء أن يبرك، فإنه إذا دعا بالبركة، صرف المحذور لا محالة، والله أعلم "The words of the Messenger of Alla‌h ﷺ: 'Did you not pray for barakah (blessings) for him?' indicates that the evil eye does not cause any harm if the one who looks at a thing prays for barakah for it; it can only cause harm if he does not offer supplication. So what is required of everyone who admires a thing is to pray for barakah for it. If he prays for barakah, that will inevitably ward off what is feared of harm. And Alla‌h knows best." [Al-Tamhi‌d, 6/240-241]

Brother Zaid, I have advice for you. Believe me, it is not a good thing to mention how many wives you will marry. In every vlog, you mention the topic. First and most important thing is the position of your future wife (or wives). My brother, respect her before you even marry her. All your friends and viewers know something very personal about you and your future household. Secondly, make da’wa, that can be important at this time n useful. I mean, instead of mentioning how many wives you will marry, mention the importance of chastity and marriage, even if they are young, and the bright side of the issue. As for telling a young man watching the video who is 18 years old who only thinks about having a girlfriend, and you advise him to have more than one wife, Instead of advising him to marry, be chaste, and build a happy family that is emotionally balanced in all aspects, religiously educated, and successful in life, etc.! I think a reason why brother Zaid may be doing it is because there is a massive stigma around polygamy, even though Allah made it halal. A lot of liberals, secularists and non muslims in general try to make polygamy look bad. So, I think it is important to lessen that stigma and make it seem normal, because at the end of the day it is normal. Prior to modernization, in the times where marriage was valued and promiscuous relations outside of marriage was deterred, practically every society practiced polygamy and viewed it as something normal. It is only in post modern times is there this massive attack on Islamic polygamy. It's better to normalize polygamy than treat it as something backwards, shameful and so on.

Im a bit confused as to how you are seeking knowledge from ARH but have Ali Dawah on your vlog. Ali Dawah and his companion MH have a severe dislike towards ARH. Ali Dawah said he took knowledge from Ustadh ARH. Mohammed Hijab has said regarding ARH "A very knowledgeable brother" and has conducted a podcast with him. I don't think they have any dislike, they may have disagreements (But we know ustadh ARH is more knowledgeable than them in Islamic matters). And Allah knows best.

And Ali dawah I have never heard him say he is salafi and even if he claims to be it doesn’t mean he is one when he is far from being so from grave mistakes he’s been comitting over years. Study what the salaf was upon and then it’ll be clear to you what salafi is, not just a name. And labels is used to show people of the clarity there is no wrong in this. But if he says it only for the purpose of praising himself, then this is not allowed, because Allah says (interpretation of the meaning): “… therefore justify not yourselves…” [al-Najm 53:32].
