Cerebral aquedyct of slyvius connects the 3rd ventricle to 4th ventricle( From superior 3rd to inferior 4)

The cavernous sinus situated on each side of the sphenoid bone in the middle cranial fossa having its insides divided by caverns it contains the folowwing frok superior to interior the oculomotor nerve, trochlear nerve, opthalmic nerve maxillary nerve, trigeminal ganglion these are on the lateral wall on the medual aspect there is internal carotid and abducent nerve

the muscvles which pull eye down and out are superior oblique and lateral rectus . this is seen in cn 3 palsy wherein there is paralysis of all muscles of eye except superior oblique and lateral rectus. so these muscles will make the eye look down and abduct. as for the second question it is trochlear nerve.

Superior orbital fissure contents recurrent meningeal branch of opthalmic artery, lacrimal nerve frontal nerve trochlear nerve, upper and lower divisions of oculomotor nerve nasociliary nerve abducent nerve and inferior opthalmic vein

If you damage both of the cunei (2xCuneus) then why do you get macular sparing if the reason you usually do is because you have coverage from the ipsilateral and contralateral side?

@matthewherman5608..macular fibres relay at the tip of visual cortex which is supplied by middle cerebral artery. So there will be macular sparing in PCA stroke which effects visual cortex. If tip of visual cortex is effected which can be due to trauma or any other causes..then we will get defect in the macular field called cookie cutter defect. I don't know accurately whether it's right or not but I have read it somewhere.
