Speaking up against mistreatment requires boldness. I don't regret I did just so during my internship after 36 hour duty. I got disciplined but from that day I set the record straight.

Rest well. PEOPLE please talk about your frustrations, they might seem minor, pointless, stupid but please talk about them no matter how small you may think they are. Or talk to me but please dont take your lives, even the Japanese don't perform SEPPUKU anymore. Love life, dont let a negative psychological environment put you down Sorry to the family and friends of the bereaved. Be strong ♥️

Economy in blacks societies are not a problem, the problem is that they enrich themselves with their families and we poor remain poor. In my country Namibia people are dying by hunger no food in the houses due to the drought which is troubling some of SOUTHERN AFRICAN COUNTRIES where Namibia is included. And they are just quiet mmhh
