Running out of water can be a pickle if you are on the other side of the map, I usually check how much they need of it at the beginning of every season to make sure that there is enough for three days. Getting a full time water carrier is usually not needed until you start brewing potions and cooking bread in large quantities. When the problem is running out of tools you can reasign the workers, either to the smithy to make them or to a non-tool-required task such as sticks instead of logs, feathers instead of meat and leather or straw instead of clay and limestone.

Keep the chickens when you hit kitchen 2 you will need a steady stream of eggs to keep up bread production and even more eggs to make pies.

I would work on automation with them. Eggs can give you food be sold or cooked in some recipes that do sell well. Feathers are lightweight cash or crafting materials for arrows/bolts. Don't forget to plant Oats again to make animal feed with straw and rye Straw can be used for animal feed, decor, insulation, or making straw hats The bee keeping is nice and produces well - I had to start selling the honeycomb through my market stalls to manage my inventory

Hello There. loving the content. As a bit of advice if you put a worker or two in the Barn you can have them make Animal Feed and Fertilizers for you then it will be auto set for your animals and crops no issue. in addition even if you have a worker set in a position like the Pig pen or The Coups, you can gate the resources on top of what ever it is they gather. KEEP AT IT your doing great.

- Fruit Trees are harvested in summer. Your trees look big enough to give fruit this summer. - Hops plants are harvested in Fall. - Rye grain has a value of 4 coins each. If you grind the grains into flour... you get almost 2 flour per rye grain, and each flour also has a value of 4. You can almost double your money by grinding the grain to flour.

The white stuff for baking is flour, not flower. It is pronounced similarly though 😊

Will you consider making shutters for the houses in winter time? You can open and close them. Don`t you need the Rye, Oats and Straw to make animal feed?

Regarding your money problems: just get a market stall, it prints money, literally out of thin air :D I sell all my flat bread I made to level technology. They sell really good and are made really fast. And by the way: I love your videos! Keep up the good work and the videos coming, love watching you play MD!

You may find in the future if you grind that rye grain into flour it has a greater financial return, plus I think that counts for farming points. Something to consider. Great series!

Also, keeping the chickens and geese will give you a nice supply of eggs. Eggs + grain (made into flour) + water = bread in Kitchen II. I think it's worth hanging on to them.

I don't know if you know but the reason some ppl do smaller farms is because you can only have one worker for each job per field eg. one worker fertilising, one working seeding per field.

Just found out that I can put a tablecloth on the table, by holding hammer on built mode and approach the table... 2 years playing and I just found out about THAT? also great Video as usual! the horse is majestic looking XD

You actually do not need to feed animals you have for deco, they will not die or produce goods.

Great episode! I'm also eager to find out how much the cows cost... couple observations. 1) why don't you build a resource shed up top, save all the back and forth-ing? (I'd say it would help with points for the mine but after seeing the livestream yesterday i know you got the points for the cow shed so I expect you've got the points for the mine too by the time you see this.) 2) for fertiliser, plant up some cabbages and once they're grown, sling 'em straight into compost bins, you get a lot of fertiliser for them. 3) you mentioned something about removing the orchard, long term (I think you did anyway). Might be worth pointing out that a) hops will be useful for your tavern in the long run and b) they take quite a long time before you get anything back, as you've noticed and c) you can actually plant fruiting trees for decoration as much as for crops. They look particularly pretty in spring with the blossom. :) 4) Straw - don't diss it, you need it for making things like simple torches, and daub, and animal feed... I've run out on a few occasions and the amount of knock on effect of that to other people has surprised me!

You could clear the mines way faster by using potions. The are easy enough to produce. Just take 2 potions of stamina, weight and strength with you. They should last long enough to clear one mine. The strength potion is nice cuz you need less hits per vein. Maybe buy a potion of night vision, too. Makes it easier to find your way plus you dont need torches if you want light which results in more carrying capacity for ore. And try out a recurve bow plus copper or bronze arrows. Then you will kill wolves in one hit and boar in like two. Even wisents need only 4-6 hits if you manage to land some headshots.

Fast crafting is your biggest problem. It slows you way down because you only get credit for one instead of each one you do.

You might be able to save some time by selecting the corresponding categories in storages like food or tools. Doesn't seem like everything is in direct alphabetical order.

Doesn’t making flour out of the seeds like wheat, rye, etc have more of a return? It’s 1 coin less when selling but you get 2 flour per seed.

I think you can make a potion to reset your farming skills, you have the max level so you don't need the skill on the bottom left, you ca use it for spmething else
