Very nice and successful! I like it's small narrow streets with small houses full of small details of the downtown area. Children playing in the street and people walking around are very cozy and pleasant to look. Also the fact that everything is not symmetrical and square is a good testimony to this era I think. It must have been a lot of work to reach this level of perfection. On the other hand, it is disappointing that the game does not seem to give many possibilities to add a little color to the items. Apart from the green grass and the leaves of the trees, everything is so gray and dreary. I don't know much about medieval times but I'm willing to bet it must have been more colorful than that.

i appreciate the kind words! this is around the 1000’s AC if i am not mistaken. And you would be correct in that assumption. medieval peasants would have dyed with natural pigments found in nature with alum. the architecture in this time period is a little more advanced than the game leads on as well. look up “romanesque architecture” if you’re curious!

Such a beautiful save game. I downloaded your files from your other video and the town does take a bit to get used to where the pathing goes but everything is so neatly organized that it feels like a old town. Well done. I look forward to any other changes you make in the future.

Hi Mats, are you referring to the tall building outside of the walls at around 0:11 ? That is a windmill that just doesn’t have all of the walls built up

lots and lots of crop plots! i would make them as large as i could and then fill in the rest with smaller fields

How did you make the plank paths? Are they in build mode?

they are planks that i dropped from my inventory. you can move the items you drop to organize them. the only drawback is that you can pick them up if you run by. or if you happen to shoot them with an arrow or spear they can be effected.

@@Nutzerin123 You have to hold down whatever button is the “pick up” button-Xbox is A. Then you can rotate items too, I think it’s one of the triggers

Alright, the first 3 hours of playing this game were fun but it's time to delete it...

What is that building next to the fish hut at 3:07? Great village and on Xbox as well too! I thought only the PC players were able to get such details and placement! I'm on Xbox X as well and have the hardest time placing single logs in the resource storage! They never want to stack right! Any tips?

That’s the farming shed. I actually found it a lot easier to place things on xbox personally. It is definitely tedious and you will have to play around with it, but you can turn items with RT (hold) and right stick to move them. You have to play with it a little to get it to go where you want but you will get the hang of it. sometimes i drop things too because i know it’ll fall on the angle i want lol. Hope that helps!
