Great video! I liked how you went through each scenario with each different lab finding. That was awesome. Can you do one about what panels to run and why if we're suspecting a tumor lysis syndrome?

Good work but a little bit perplexing because in the case of low MCV and low iron why the RPI is low it should be high unless there is bone marrow depression and so on .Another example is if the patient has hemolysis and haptoglobin is depressed and MCV is normal and bilirubin is high which goes with hemolysis , why (on earth) the RPI could be low in some cases ? It is really confusing.

Great video! Small suggestion, can you put the microcytic causes on the left and the macrocytic on the right? That way it reads form left to right in order of small MCV to big MCV? Thanks!! Really appreciate the videos!

WBC=12.4, RBC's=4.1. Hgb=8, Hct= 28.5, MCV=68.8,MCH=32.6, All I know. Very heavy , clotting periods. Maybe need a D&C

Anemia is so common one wonders if an industrialized setting might have a curse: idiopathic anemia is probably due to the inability to absorb nutrients. Bulimia Anorexia General Psychosis....
