Just pick one up at the store or online...like 10 to 20 bucks here in the U.S. You'll know if it works for you or not withing a half a second. If it does, then you can spend a little more on a better unit...but i've had my $17.99 cheapo unit for more than 5 yrs. without a problem. Oh, when I say that I use mine a lot...I mean 1 time, maybe twice a week. The rest of the time I can go without using it first...but getting to that point took a bit of time. I think it took no more than two months or actually just about a month and a half. I wasn't worried about the time because it felt and feels so damn good that I really did not care how long it was taking. First time I used it, I was hard within 15 seconds and exploding in about a minute and a half.
