You will need:
⚫️Himalaya Dolphin Baby yarn (100% polyester, 120 m/100 g, color 80302 yellow)
⚫️YarnArt Dolce yarn (100% micro polyester, 120 m/100 g, color 754 brown)
⚫️Black yarn (YarnArt Jeans, 55% cotton 45% acrylic, 160 m/50 g) for embroidering eye brows
⚫️4.0 mm crochet hook
⚫️Safety eyes and nose
⚫️Sewing thread
⚫️Yarn needle and scissors
⚫️Fiberfill
Height: 21 cm
Abbreviations:
R - row
ch - chain
st - stitch
sl st - slip stitch
sc - single crochet
inc - increase (2 sc in one stitch)
dec - decrease (2 sc together)
[…] - number of stitches you should have at the end of the row
(…) - repeat whatever is between the brackets the given number of times

I know I'm late, but is for anyone looking at this video tryig to figure out this second row, because the instructions don't match what it looks like she's doing, or maybe the white makes it hard to see. Row 2: Increase twice; 2 single crochets in 1st single crochet, add another increase in 2nd stitch, 1sc in 3rd stitch, increase three time, so 2 single crochets in the next three stiches (stitches 4-6 of previous round), 1 sc in 7th stitch, and finish with another set of 3 increases, so in the next 3 stiches (8-10 of previous round) add two to each, should count 18 stitches total.

A bigger hook will give a bigger teddy I made a teddy with an 8mm hook and it was more double the size of the actual pattern, I'm in the UK so not sure how you size your hooks but good luck trying
