So a cool trick I've learned with contrast paint on big, smooth surfaces (like the cape) is to do a 1:1 mix of the contrast with Lahiman medium. It helps the pooling/splotchiness of contrast on such areas really well. It's still advised to do some layering up afterwards, but you won't need to do AS much of it.

I have the old Prophetess on horse which I believe goes on preorder tomorrow and I'm waiting for the other two damsels that were MTO to ship along with a few foot knights. I do not get it. New TOW minis do not match what they re-release AT ALL. No respect for this past era and nostalgia. Do not get me wrong. New minis looks great... If they were intended for Cities of Sigmar or AoS.

@@MediocreHobbies I ment they are done in very different styles from different eras. There is no other way to like them if we want to use them in TOW but this is very wierd design choice. Inconsistent. It is like mixing 1994 chaos dwarfs with FW Legion of Azroth.
