I was feeling a bit anxious today, trying to ignore the 3D (my sp has been a bit hot and cold). I’m super grateful that we are even on speaking terms because just a few months ago, he would not even speak to me. I decided to do this meditation today to refocus and 15 minutes after, he called me and asked if he could stop by. We had a wonderful visit and I showed him around my farm. We laughed and talked about so many good things and he could NOT take his eyes off of me. He has even texted and called since the visit this evening. My advice to anyone manifesting an sp is to be patient and be grateful for the time it takes to manifest something. The waiting period has taught me so much patience and has given me time to really learn how to love myself again. I’m so very thankful for this meditation and all of your wonderful meditations!

i’ve used this meditation before, but only in times of pure desperation. i’ve always appreciated it and it’s always been absolutely wonderful, but returning to this after a period of growth is one of the best things i’ve done or myself. after finally freeing myself from my subconscious belief that i need someone else to feel loved and whole, i feel that i finally understand what love really is. it is something that i am full of, that i am capable and willing to provide for myself. and since coming to that realization and fully accepting that as the truth, the love i’d been searching desperately for has shown up effortlessly. this meditation is so much more beautiful and powerful now and i am eternally grateful to have grown to fully experience the love in this meditation. thank you, alice. it is done❤️
