I've gone through some life changes, 2 open heart surgery, stroke and vision loss, and now some hearing loss. I'm lost in my life at times and needed something in my life I can do, for me. I had given up. Finding this, and the way you describe meditation, I feel like there is something out there I can do. Thank you so much. Be safe and enjoy your day.

I have panic attacks, sever chronic pain and live in A small section 8 apartment and it can be stressful/ sad. I meditated for hours A day for 3 years from 2009-11 so picking this back up has been very helpful and soothing. Love ya Courtney, you seem like the most authentic caring queen from RPDR. If I didn't find this I may not have started meditation again and it's really helped. :)

That was a great session Shane! My lower back does indeed feels uncomfortable, but I've managed to keep still, and I was focusing on your soothing voice, as it helps me to get into a deep meditation quite quickly, and I didn't want to come out of it. Do you find meditating listening to music helpful? I personally find, that it distract me from focusing, and I actually find it irritating.
