Bill says there is no technique, in fact he says if you are doing a technique, you're doing something and he suggests doing nothing. Take no thought. Love this info. delta is sleep…lights are out. Gamma…now that is the jump! The door between theta to gamma is often missed due to slipping into delta. Repetition and consistent dedication to meditation will train one to stay in theta or jump to gamma!

Oh man I've been really really struggling for almost two years just knowing i need to be still and quiet in my mind but thinking i need to be somewhere quiet to do so, I've spent money i didn't have to get my old jeep cherokee running to be able to get outta the city so i could be still, i also spent 1k on a trip after i did get it running knowing it'll be worth it playing catch up on the bills coz that would allow me to be still far away in nature, the trip was a bust and my jeep developed death wobble during thy trip deeming it undriveable. I forced it and i made huge mistakes but the reasons i did so were true and real, now I'm getting the information i needed all along before going deep in debt trying to make it happen. Having said all that everything is always working out for me. I could keep typing for days with everything over learned the last month especially about myself and my way of thinking that was ruined by what i was taught and seen during my 44 years. There's a peace in me knowing I'm not blasphemous coz i have always felt i am God and God is me and had the power all along. It feels amazing

I used to go deep into meditation then I joined a Pentecostal church although nice people the doctrine was too much for a sensitive soul I'm empath 100% I am just recovering from a mental break down way too much for my soul to take I'm so grateful for these videos my friend is a Buddhist monk been one for 30 years he told me meny meny times to get out I have . Within the first 1 minute I dont hear my shepherds voice. But a hireling speaking wisdom and understanding from the heart that is from the earth, natural-unspiritual, demonic. Respectfully, after saying all of that, then what do we do to return our DNA back to a state of receptivity to the Source of ALL life. If some of us know that the living God is the Source of movement and repose, the Root of Truth, the Self existent and sustaining One of incorruptible light, then how do we tune into that station and get to a place of receptivity of cells and the DNA within us returns to that divine state of order, right action and harmony with the Most High El? Thankyou for your question I too would truely love to have a knowing of your answer . I only know that being of love is a higher state of one self and though I try to navigate through the veil of deceit deception and destruction that keep us bound each trial and test I try to return in love . Maybe the simulation keeps us bound but I am not duty bound to any server except that which is within me . Why did some wake up to the illusion of con vid ? Others didn’t ? @nicol-pq2ex when the devil 😈 tempted Jesus in the desert saying if thou be the son of God command that these stones be made bread and He answered and said it is written ,man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proeedeth out of the mouth of God .Not me said it .Go check the bible in Matthew chapter 4 and verse 4 read it for yourself and you will see and hear clearly

@@reecolinton7885 I don't think it wise to take the bible quite literally, let's be fair, God did not write it, man wrote it, and its been translated many many times, over and over. There is no doubt some truths in there as in other holy scriptures. It is easy to see that men were manipulated into doing evil things by those they believed to be gods, its in the bible and other holy scriptures for all to see. Would a loving god really want such evil inflicted?, Imo I'm going to say no!.
