Dear Doctor Sb, Once again, a truly wonderful and insightful vlog. I must admit that since childhood, I’ve had an interest in practices like “shamma beeni,” muraqba, telepathy, hypnotism, and similar areas, though my engagement with them has been inconsistent and very casual. During my school years, specifically from Class 6 to Class 12, I occasionally practiced “shama beeni”, and I found that only “shamma beeni” yielded any significant benefits during that period of my life. However, I haven't had such experiences recently. Interestingly, a friend who shares an interest in these practices told me about a profound experience he had while performing nawafil. He dedicated time to learning longer Surahs, such as Surah Yaseen and Surah Rahman, and would recite them in his nawafil before sleeping, after the Isha prayer. He mentioned that through this practice, he experienced all the states you’ve described in your vlog. This led me to believe that performing salat might be the most advanced form of meditation, accessible to everyone. May I request you to share your experience in this regrad,

Istead of being conscious of your body being conscious of Allah SWT is the key. Why you want to make it complicated cause you want people from every religion to follow you. Your communication is perfectly all right but the compass only comes from Allah. His consciousness, the thought of His presence, loving to nature because Allah created it. Respectfully sir you deviate from real consciousness to only body breathing and mind meditation. I don't know if I conveyed what I meant but use the lense of Allah's consciousness which is the true need of a soul not modern meditation

True, it is actually sense. What is inside the body that makes work the outer body. So, the inner soul is the predominant here and that has to and must be connected with Allah, then surely outer body will collaborate with it. Yes, do meditation but the thought should and must be with Allah's only.

Nice explanation but there are also side effects of meditation and present moment. I want to discuss some facts about meditation. 1. We cannot always live in present moment because our mind is attached with past and future. So if we always live in present we will lose thinking ability. 2. Meditation will get you in more anxiety and confusion. Because most of people become bored. 3. If you meditate for long time you will end up by finding yourself empty and alone from inside. 4. You cannot know your true self by meditation and you will get trapped by Satan. Satan will show you different images. So if you really want to know about the reality of meditation, present moment, law of attraction and deep breathing go and watch meditation series by Nasir Iftikhar.
