I've listened to this so many times to work with kundalini. There's just something about this one that calms it down and lets me orient to the emotion body. You have even inspired me to start looking into how I can make tracks specifically tuned for me. I haven't found anything that comes close to what you are doing elsewhere on YT. This is not a binaural beat you know people can check this your playing the same tone from both ears a binaural beat if you don’t know what that is or means is when you play one tone/frequency into one ear and another tone/ frequency different from the other and your brain will make the binaural beat or tone which is the difference in tone/frequency coming in from each ear you will ear the difference between the two first it will sound like waves until you brain sync with the other making a true binaural beat but here I’ve tested my left and right and it’s the same!
