Welcome and good meditation.
This guided meditation will help you achieve a better state of physical and mental relaxation. Try to experience it when you feel you are particularly stressed or fatigued because of the commitments of your life. I recommend using headphones. Find a quiet and peaceful place where you won't be disturbed for the next few minutes. Lie on your back on the bed or on a comfortable surface.
This guided meditation will lead you to gradual physical and mental relaxation, through the focus on the individual parts of your body, from the feet to the head. Breathe normally and, when I indicate it, take a deeper breath than the others in whose exhalation phase, imagine relaxing the part of the body that I will specify. You will relax it both on the outside and on the surface, and on the inside. Be calm and don't worry, try to do the exercises. With practice you will be more natural.
