Thank you so much for this. Since the start of peri - and then my partner dying suddenly & totally unexpectedly at the age of 30, I just cannot get my body out of fight or flight - or fight AND flight. I can't get my colitis flare to go away. I'm an absolute mess. Didn't get to say goodbye to him or touch or see him ever again (my mum found him) and tbvh with you, I am in absolute turmoil & torture every single moment of every day 😭
