There may be several reasons for repetition. When one repeats it is because it is important. If time is important, as you can see in the video, the use of this time in repetition is because what is said, although it seems simple, is very important. It is important to do it in stages, that's why you don't mix ideas and repeat the same idea over and over again.One of the great obstacles we have in our meditations is getting quick results and getting to the goal as soon as possible. It is part of our education and this is highly valued in the same education system, we experience it from a very young age. If you realise, when it comes to questions, most of them don't stick to what the teacher says, but want to go further. The fact of repeating, is a way of saying that we should chew things well and spend time chewing them well and enjoy chewing them. This is not time wasted, but quite the opposite.

Yes. I get it (now).... For impatient people (like I was 2 years ago when I listened to this video) it's very uncomfortable to hear repetitions... But today i do understand and I love watching this. I think my view has changed.
