For anyone having trouble grasping what Rupert is saying then please keep watching over and over. You’ll find it. I promise. I was meditating for 10 years on and off for clinically diagnosed anxiety and depression then I found Rupert about less than a year ago and my life has changed. I’m still on the start of my journey but it’s all coming together. Everything Rupert makes you question is backed by verifying your own experience. That’s where I finally found myself. Don’t bother with other fake gurus and teachers who stay at surface level or who just care about fame and money. Thank you Rupert for making me realising I am not my depression or anxiety. Yes. Me too. I starting meditating 20 years ago - got all I wanted and then stopped. The fact having all I could want was not enough led me into losing it all. And then - in a beautiful profound synchronicity - I was brought back to it. that was 10 years ago. Rather than using it to fulfill my goals and ambition, I asked to become peaceful and adaptable. It’s been a lovely, painful, kind and brutal process of losing my identification with my mind through living my life - using life itself to find peace - ThE peace that is always here in all of us. I never liked the word god in conversation because it’s loaded and lacking but when you access that peace you can only communicate it with a reference so it may as well be god (for nuance you can call it shiva, deva, Brahma, kali, shakti or other names like that the native Americans used for aspects of the same thing) but when I really saw we are talking about Nature itself - I saw I needed no faith. It’s here, everywhere, all the time in various expressions that can delight or disgust us but the faster you give up preferences for it to be one way or remain one way - the closer you are to bliss. I am in a precarious life situation right now, one that would have caused me anguish 10 years ago but I don’t let fear or stress run my life anymore. “My” life belongs to life itself so no matter what happens, it will be as it should be. There are no mistakes on this path.

There are no words for expressing my gratitude and deep thankfulness. This one video alone contains it all, so clear, that it feels like having gotten all the keys at once for opening the metaphoric doors. Doors which I again and again could experience opening for taking a short glance, but then closing again. All these years of studying and practicing Buddhism, all these years of engaging with Science and Philosophy, all these years of ‘seeking and resisting’, all these years of hiking in solitude over thousands of kilometers now appear like earning the causes and conditions to suddenly run into this precious video recording. Now I am sitting here, speechless, melting into this unbelievable opening - knowing that by trying preserve this blissful experience, I will actively closing the door again. Luckily, I know much better now, where and how to qualify for finding these magical keys.

Reality = That which is. Absolute = all-inclusive, interrelated Whole that is ever greater than the sum of it's relative constituents. The All in One in All. The nature of the Absolute is to 'serve' as the all-inclusive, interrelated Continuum of Being, that functions as a diversified unity of potential (Creative Intelligence), actualizing as a unified diversity or Uni-verse, and thus, is the one Absolute Being in which all relative beings live, move and have their Being. The facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself. We are all it, to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent. Love is the recognition of our shared Being. Good morning Rupert (if you read this) "The moth can never experience the flame. It can only become the flame." Then it ceases to exist and remains as ashes. And what after this? The grain must die too (cease to exist as a grain). It becomes a sprout and then a wheat (or spelt) and blooms and grows fruit. We will not cease to exist but become sons (i.e. heirs) of the One and be one in God. "By God we all breathe and move and exist" and "To that end (τελοσ) that God will be All in all (which we are)" "You shall be one in me as I am one with the Father as to for you to become all one in us." We are yet like children (τεκνια) to be born (from τεκνειν) to become Sons (heirs) of the Father. (Women and men, free and bound, Israel and the Nations). We are living in the present for a future to come.

Rupert is gorgeous and i dont wish to detract from the wonderful work he does but, on a finer point, my understanding of Non-Duality is that it is so-called because Self and World are neither One, nor Two. Otherwise, it would be called Oneness or Monism or something. Moreover, the assertion that Reality is God, that all there really is, is God, sounds again like Monism not Non-Dualism. Thoughts?

Nondual literally means “not two”, in the context of spiritual nonduality it means the “perceived” and the “perceiver” are the same and not separate. It is through that viewpoint we get the term.

I feel that non duality and it's teachers are missing ALLOT. Without an active kundalini there is no bliss and the "I" seems to just be playing mental gymnastics. Anyone here seen what is being pointed at and feels good/bliss/happiness arise for no apparent reason? Pointing out the simple non dual witness state takes zero seconds and is beyond easy and simple. But this isn't "it" whatsoever! Without the bliss of kundalini shakti which is the self manifest in the physical this is all dull and somewhat boring. To who you say? The me, I charachter actually will remains until FULL real enlightenment.
