Hi. He was showing you the way they pray. He said that everybody can do that for 5-10-30 minutes daily (depending on how much time one has). He also showed you those chaplets explaining that you can use those for counting. I didn't watch the whole video, I stopped at min 6. He seems like a very warm person and passionate about his faith. I love the fact that you stayed for 18 minutes filming him without understanding anything, this goes to show that you too are a patient and warm person. Thank you for that, I'm sure you made his day.
