THANKS FOR THE VIDEOS AND INSIGHTS. I AM 73, SO PHYSICALLY I'VE BEEN SLOWING DOWN. I KNOW MASTER LI IS WISE ALONG WITH PHYSICALLY SUPREME. BUT NOT EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE A KUNG FU MASTER, AND CAN STILL BE WISE. IT MAY TAKE YEARS TO COME TO SELF REALIZATION AND SPIRITUAL ENLIGHTENMENT, BUT MAKE IT FUN, MAKE IT A MYSTERY AND A PUZZLE TO SOLVE. EVERYONE EVENTUALLY EVOLVES TO HEAVEN. WE ALL ARE "CHOSEN" WE ALL ARE SPECIAL, AND IN WAYS WE ALL ARE GOD. HOWEVER, HUMAN SOULS DID NOT CREATE GOD, INSTEAD GOD CREATED US. IN THAT RESPECT AND THAT RESPECT ONLY, WE ARE NOT THE SUPREME BEING. WE ARE FRACTALS, OR CHILDREN IF YOU WILL. WE ARE ETERNAL SPIRITS OF LIGHT, ENERGY AND MINDFULNESS. THE THIRD DIMENSION IS FOR “EXPERIENCES” IN OUR SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION. IN THAT RESPECT, WE ALL PLAY ALL THE PARTS FROM PREDATOR TO VICTIM, PAUPER AND PRINCE. THESE EXPERIENCES HELP US EVOLVE. THIS MEANS GOOD AND BAD EXIST ONLY IN THE ASPECT AND QUALITY OF CREATING “EXPERIENCES.” YES THERE IS A DARK ENERGY, BUT GOD IS ALL THINGS IN EXISTENCE AND EVERYTHING REPORTS ITS EXPERIENCE BACK TO SOURCE-GOD. GOD DOES NOT JUDGE GOD DOES NOT PUNISH GOOD AND BAD SERVE THE DIVINE PURPOSE OF HELPING SOULS IN THEIR SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION TO KNOW AND APPRECIATE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, COMPASSION AND GRATITUDE. IF ANY SOUL REFUSES TO EVOLVES AND GETS TOO EVIL AND DEPRIVED, IT IS CAPTURED AND TAKEN TO THE CENTRAL SUN WHERE IT IS RE-FORMED IN THE FIRES AND ITS “GOOD ESSENCE” IS PRESERVED AND THE SOUL IS RESTARTED. For some of us the solution eventually becomes clear, and it rids the soul of fear and doubt. That is: Find God and find peace and happiness, even under the most troubled and challenging circumstances. MANY BLESSINGS AND LOVE. One person cannot change the world, However, With a plan, one person CAN change the world. --Mahatma Gandhi

"If WE don't create better times, nothing's going to happen " absolutely! That's why these Asian philosophies resonate with me. We are not victims of what happened to us or waiting for a Creator to save us. We need to take responsibility for it and always turn it into our advantage. The Creator/teacher/universe/nature can give you the strength. But it is YOU that do the work. I am still learning this value lesson, but I am better today than I was before thank you🙏

Yeah loneliness is the worst for sure, problem is I don't have much to focus on. I work from home but my job doesn't require much focus can do with my eyes closed. Apart from that I live alone and these past 3 months have been horrific since I quit alcohol. Withdrawal symptoms have been ridiculous and I've only seen 3 people in these 3 months. Apart from that just here alone and just felt terrible and the overthinking has been too much for me. But it's finally getting better now since I've started on taking natural supplements.

1. The Mind and Body are both as important as each other 2. Sometimes you have to go through something, to develop something. 3. You need others to support you, you cannot do this alone. 4. You don't always directly approach, what you want. 5. You know what you are capable of , you , yourself can bring this out. Potential. 6. Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything or proton and electron in an atom because opposites attract, which means a night won’t exist without a day because they’re codependent and that’s just the nature of life. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. This video popped up, and on that same day, I spoke to two people who also enlightened me. I'm an overthinkiner, and sometimes I do not know how to let my brain and thoughts chill. I'm going thru a difficult time in my life right now. Yesterday, I felt so much peace for the first time in a while.

Anxiety, Stress or Loneliness often trigger overthinking patterns or unprecedented thoughts. It’s often past events coupled with “future events” just like a self-fulfilling “ prophesy that distort our mindset whilst forgetting that it is the present that we often forget. The present moment is what truly counts, where we are functioning, living- breathing beings. We waste so much valuable time & precious energy on crowded thoughts instead of living in the how & now 🙏 Thank you once again Shi Heng Yi for your human messages to the world- Amituofo 🙏❤

When I was a young man I struggled with overthinking and debilitating anxiety attacks. I was in crisis and fell into depression. I came to discover that all my problems came from control issues. Once I realized that the only thing I could control is myself, I learned to let go and let the flow of life take its course, the weight was lifted from my shoulders instantly .

@ Everyone responds differently. My situation was a bit unusual, I was 22 years old back then and I remember going over my Dad’s house late in the evening. He was up as usual and we started to talk. I was explaining to him how I was having these horrible panic attacks when I actually brought one on. I started feeling anxious and said that I needed to go for a walk. He both started walking the neighborhood around 1 am and I started to lose control of my breathing, bringing on chest pain and all the crazy symptoms that came with panic attacks. He finally took a good look at me and asked me what was the worse thing that could happen. I freaked out and said “what the hell are you talking about my f’in heart can blow and I could die”. I know this sounds weird but he calmly looked at me and said “so what”. At that point, it hit me like a ton of bricks and I realized the core meaning of his words. I responded with “you’re absolutely right, F’it. Let it come, if it’s my time, so do be it, but I don’t want to live like this any longer. I basically, just had to stop worrying about anything else but myself. The only thing I can control is me, everyone else is on their own. I’m now 58, and my superpower is my thought process. I am ADD and can filter other people out by selective listening. I’m sure it could come off as aloof or self consumed but I frankly don’t give a shit about what other people think of me. And I’ve also learned the word “NO”. Life becomes easier when you learn to say it. I hope this helped. You have to love the person in the mirror first before you can give to others. Good luck.

@joncameau434 I was in a tough spot for 2 years. My emotions were in control. All my life, they were in control. They dictated my actions and thoughts. When through meditation, I figured this out. Emotions get triggered by our own thoughts and outside stimulus. Emotions are primordial instincts. Emotions are an explosion of energy. When you focus on the emotion and / or the stimulant, you feed the emotion with more energy, and it takes control of you. By ignoring it until that energy dissapates. It holds no sway over your higher mind, and all paths to an agreeable solution to the problem reveal itself to you in a calm, collected manner. I've gotten to the point where the emotions never rise at all. I deal with every situation with ease and joy.

@@TMCoachJonathan just feel it, and let it dissolve. I have a tendency to wallow or revisit negative delusions even after they have passed. @TMCoachJonathan I am very sorry I didn't see your posting. When I say ignore it. I mean, distract your thoughts away from it so that the energy swelling up in your gut will dissapate. It's that energy that overpowers our thoughts and actions. It's that energy that makes us react instinctively. By letting the feeling dissapate it leaves you, your higher self, free to look at the problem with a clear mind. I have done this successfully every time.

I think it's not about praying and meditating it away. It might be more about accepting the things how they are right now. So, accepting the pain of your loss. I often have anxiety attacks, and when they happen, I say to myself in my mind that 'I have anxiety right now. My chest hurts. Breath. Feel.' As soon as I tap into the pain, curiously, it suddenly hurts a little less.

Maybe whenever you try to come to terms with the accident your guilt gets triggered and does not allow you to come to terms with the loss as a mother. You need to exactly find out what feeling is making you uncomfortable Accepting the loss of children is definitely a difficult pain to overcome as we think that we are responsible for our children's happiness as we bring them in this world. Whatever is happening with you is normal for humans so please don't feel alone in this😢 By spirituality you can lessen the pain and you will need to find a way that suits you. LIFE IS GETTING EASIER FOR ME...I HAVE STOPPED OVERTHINKING...I AM ALWAYS COOL, SMOOTH, AND CALM...777...NMH
@huhuruz77
@huhuruz77 10 ай бұрын
I did the same but for a long, long, long time I`ve been under this kind of " disease " of overthinking and nothing was right in my life. Then, I abandoned this kind of thinking and the sky became more clearer and things came into my life and my wishes became true in a way or anoteher. Expecially my new place of work, it was what I dreamt and that happened but I gave up to that kind of overthinkind and I let the life to do what it wants with me.... If I still have moments of overthinking ? Yes, but very rare and I think are more what I imagine about my future and everytime in a good way.

Every human has the potential to be one with the cosmic flow, God, the All, etc. Like he said, every human has different challenges to face in their lives, depending how they deal with those challenges can bring them closer to God. Most human spirits need several lives to reach this level of enlightement, but they will get there eventually. Time doesn't matter on the higher planes of being.

Greetings from Chattanooga, TN, USA. After a decade with daily teaching from Alan Watts, Ram Dass and Terrence McKenna I never thought I would find another teacher that I can relate to as well as those three, but I am so incredibly grateful to have discovered what Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi is teaching! Thanks to everyone involved in bringing these teachings to KZbin where all can benefit. Specifically, for me, the teaching where he uses his beads as a pendulum to illustrate what happens if you pull at what you want and when you push at what you do not want. Thank you, Shaolin Master Shi Heng Yi. I do listen to you daily.

Near you in Tennessee there is an ashram of an Indian guru, Sadhguru. It's called Isha Institute of Inner Sciences. They have free meditation and yoga classes once a month. Maybe you should take advantage of proximity and try it out.

Togetherness can break the hard times trust love and truth breaks the pattern who tries to hurt u ... The eight fold path is the way to eradicate suffering ... When u know ... What is the cause of hard times and how it could be converted ... The peace is already there but one needs to recognise it ... With true love ... Anger comes when someone makes u angry the seed has been sown .. when there is injustice ... Anger is essential to transform if purposely somebody is giving u pain ...because of his/her ego ... A wise and mindful person knows how to use anger in what direction ...

Thank you Master Shi Heng Yi I wish I had learned this as a child. To focus on how best to deal with getting through all of the obstacles of life instead of thinking of ways to resolve/ change problems. To accept it is what it is and cannot be changed but to focus on how I can change my perception and control my mind and actions to face up to it. Therefore building a stronger internal resilience to that and any further issues that arise. I now understand acceptance is a huge relief it's not giving up. I hope I have understood your teachings Thank you so much. ❤

"allow life run trough you". fire. Its really the letting go of everything and let life take care of you. The nature is teaching us, but we have to let go. The ego conciousness vs unity conciousness. I'm not falling anymore for the deceptions of the illusionary self-image in the mind. Thats not me. He's a great teacher imo.
