One of the names of Lord Shiva is 'Chandrashekhara'.
Shiva Tattva is where there is no mind and the moon signifies the mind. Just like the moon, the mind goes through different moods & emotions. If you can just start to witness this, you will achieve a real milestone in managing your mind.
When you sit and meditate, you get in touch with the Shiva Tattva deep inside you. This state gives you the deepest rest possible that you can experience. The mind becomes fresh, delicate, beautiful and innocent.

What a Amazing feeling. We run outside for joy, but real joy lies within. And it can be unfolded by meditation. I’m always tired. Had brain fog. Confused. So I use to indulge in movies and news for “relaxation” which also affected my sleeping schedule. Meditation is real relaxation. I miss Satsang & that dancing & singing. Now I realise that it was energy to my soul. Been an young boy, I use to despise satsang & thought of it as some form of mysticism, for yogis & old people. But now I realise the importance of satsang Sadhana and seva. Our Indian culture is very rich. Our cultural practices are very old and based on some reasoning. We are not mature enough to know those reasoning. Youngsters like me shouldn’t despise our culture and blindly follow western ideals.
