I found you on Spotify and had success with the meditation, but the way Spotify is it shoves ads down your throat at the end of the "podcast" 😭 so I was in a dream and got snapped out by a car insurance ad. So glad I found you on KZbin! Your content and voice are seriously underrated. Absolutely perfect for me.

15 minutes in and I am failing at this hard. My foot itches , nothing is normal about my breathing ( must have forgotten how ), i keep wondering if I forgot to do something like pay my phone bill, i really need to pee and pretty sure the caffeine I had 12 hours ago is sneak attacking me.

I totally feel you! I grew up with ADHD. I relate to the challenge. What helps me is going back to focusing on my breath. Sometimes even counting them. If my thoughts continue to wander, I just let them and go with the flow.

I often wondered that because it is possible to become lucid (awake) in our dreams and consciously alter the dreams outcome. Wouldn’t it then be possible to dream while awake? Thus having the power to alter reality?

I like that it has subtitles, so that I can listen to it with the lowest sound before going to sleep.

Okay so I've been trying to lucid dream for a while now. I have very vivid, amazing dreams but I wouldn't call them lucid. BUT last night, tried this for the 1st time. I felt a rush of excitement and anxiety, my heart beat changed to almost a flutter (that's how I can describe it) and my body felt a surge of energy from my feet to my head, my head felt light. It actually scared me at the time but now I'm kind of intrigued. What happened to me?

This is great. I love hearing these experiences. LD is really exciting. I'm not surprised you felt a strong physical reaction. You took ful control. I bet that's what happened 😊

I think you might have been in the stage between this world and the dream world. I have had this before and sometimes I even got paralyzed. It might be because you werent fully giving in yet? Maybe stress. At least for me that was it. Even caffeine or stress did that to me

How do we know we're not dreaming now that we are dreaming we're awake and we have a life and we dream that we wake up and really we're just having the same dream we're we left off from and life is all a dream😅

I hope you understand yourself what you wrote. 😂😂😂 You must have watched too much of "Inception" movie, where the director himself must have got confused, where was reality & where was the dream depicted. By the way, the same phenomena was in "The shutter island", where the same Leo di Caprio got confused, what was rality & what was his dream or illusions in the movie.
